ملاحظة: بعض السجلات المالية أو الكنسية (زي شهادات المعمودية/الإكليل) ممكن تتحفظ لمدة محدودة للالتزامات القانونية، وبعدها تتحذف. باقي البيانات بتتحذف خلال ٣٠ يوم من الطلب.
تقدر كمان تطلب الحذف من جوّه التطبيق: بياناتي ← الإعدادات ← خدمة العملاء، أو تراسلنا.
To request deletion of your Kanesty account and all associated data, submit your registered phone number or email using the form above.
Data deleted: your account (name, phone, email), family register entries, address and location, bookings and requests, donation pledges, and national ID / identity photos if any.
Retention: Most data is deleted within 30 days. Certain financial or sacramental records (e.g. baptism/marriage certificates) may be retained for a limited period to meet legal obligations, then deleted.
